Return Policy

All products by Pamela Cassidy Designs are handcrafted and printed. There may be some slight variation in color or size in the final products but that is the beauty when you are ordering a product made by a person and not a machine.  We feel our pictures and descriptions of our items listed provide the customer with enough information that they will know exactly what they are purchasing when they are ordering from our company.  Therefore we cannot accept any returns.  We will only accept returns if product has arrived damaged or defected.

 

REFUNDS:

 

***** REFUNDS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED ON ORDERS IF YOU CONTACTED ME WITHIN THREE BUSINESS DAYS, AND ONCE WE RECEIVE THE ITEM BACK UNUSED AND IN PERFECT SHAPE. ****THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ON SHIPPING COST***

 

If items are shipped on time we are not responsible for any delays due to USPS or UPS.  

DAMAGED ITEM

If you receive your order defective or damaged we will replace the purchase ASAP. You must contact us with a picture of the damaged item and the package immediately upon receiving (within 48 hours- delivery dates will be checked) and we will review and work on a resolution. We will not accept claims for damaged items after 2 active business days.
